Brittany joined Jackson EMC in 2011 as a Commercial/Industrial Engineer. In 2016, she was promoted to Vice President of Strategic Planning and Analytics. Prior to moving to Jackson EMC, Brittany was a mechanical engineer for Setty & Associates in Fairfax, Virginia.

Donnie has been CoServ Electric’s CEO since 2014.  He is also an officer and member of the Board of Managers of CoServ Gas.  Previously, he was CoServ’s CFO and Senior Vice President.  Donnie joined CoServ in 1990.

As COO, Eddie is responsible for a wide range of mission critical functions at PEC.  Prior to being promoted to COO in 2018, Eddie served PEC as Vice President – Member Services, where he led the co-op’s customer care and revenue management efforts.

Stan joined NOVEC in 1992 as CEO after holding key positions at the Vermont Electric Power Company, the Western Area Power Administration, and the Nebraska Municipal Energy Agency/Nebraska Municipal Power Pool. In addition to serving as NOVEC’s CEO, Stan is Chairman of the Board of NOVEC’s subsidiaries, NOVEC Solutions and NOVEC Energy Production.

Brad’s co-op career began in 2000 when he joined Union REC as Media Manager.  After over 11 years of increasing responsibility at URE, Brad moved to Duck River EMC as Director of Member services.  In 2013, Brad joined MTEMC as Vice President of Communications & Member Services.  He was promoted to Chief Cooperative Business Officer in 2015.

Mitchell has been with Ozarks Electric since 1991, when he joined the co-op as Accounting Supervisor.  He then served as Vice President of Administrative Services for three years before being promoted to President & CEO in 1999.

Ronnie has been Walton EMC’s President/CEO since 1993.  He is also the President/CEO of Walton Energy (Walton EMC Natural Gas and Walton Solar).  Prior to becoming Walton’s President/CEO, he was the Manager of Engineering & Operations.  Ronnie has been with Walton EMC since 1979.

Rick joined South Central Power as President & CEO in 2012 after nearly 10 years as CEO of Lake Country Power and over four years as General Manager of Lyon-Lincoln Electric Cooperative.  He started his energy industry career with Rural Utilities Service, an organization he served for over 10 years.

Greg has been with Dakota Electric since 1997 and has been CEO since 2001.  Previous to Dakota Electric, he was with Minnesota Valley Electric Cooperative for 11 years.

Greg became Connexus Energy’s CEO in 2015 after spending 10 years with Great River Energy, where he was President of Midwest AgEnergy Group, a biofuels company partly owned by Great River.  Greg previously spent 10 years as a utility management consultant specializing in strategy and business planning.

Rockford, Minnesota

Tim joined Wright-Hennepin in 2015 as CEO after working for Touchstone Energy for 15 years.  His last position at Touchstone was Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development.  In that role, he helped co-ops across the nation enhance their performance management and measurement approaches.

Gary Wood


Central Virginia Electric Cooperative

Arrington, Virginia

Gary has been CEO of CVEC since 2008.  He previously served as CVEC’s Vice President of Engineering and Operations and as Planning Engineering Manager.  Prior to joining CVEC, Gary was a senior electrical engineer for The Greenwood Partnership, a consulting engineering firm for industrial and institutional facilities.
