With more than two decades of experience as a strategist, researcher, and consultant, Angeli is a passionate advocate for integrity, inclusivity, and innovation in business. She consults and conducts research worldwide on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues; business ethics; and innovation strategy and practice, including social impact measurement and integrated ESG reporting.
Angeli was previously the national Director of Ethics at the professional services firm KPMG, where she served for more than a dozen years as a company-wide resource on issues of ethics, integrity, and risk management for the U.S. firm. She was a key leader on the team that created and launched KPMG’s first U.S. and global ethics programs. The team wrote KPMG’s first U.S. and Global Codes of Conduct and created firm-wide training for more than 20,000 partners and employees.
Angeli holds a Ph.D. from Copenhagen Business School with an emphasis in business ethics, social responsibility, and organizational learning; an M.B.A. from Cambridge University; and a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College. She is an electric cooperative member with a home in Idaho’s Sawtooth Mountains.
